Hot Water Extraction (steam) Cleaning uses super-heated water under pressure to remove dirt residue from carpet fiber. We force water into the carpet, and extract (vacuum) the water and dirt up into our tank.

With super-heated water, the cleaning can be "deep down" through the fabric and into the pile backing. This method provides the best treatment for heavy traffic and worn carpet fibers.

When to Avoid Hot Water Extraction:

Delicate Carpet Fibers Might be Damaged or Distorted (stretch or shrink)

Rubberized padding tends to hold water (leading to mold or mildew)

If Carpet is laid over Hardwood floors, we recommend dry cleaning to prevent damage to the wood floor under the carpet
