Assuring the Right Roofing System

During our consultation with you we use a 20-point needs analysis to determine the right roofing system for your needs. This will prove to be invaluable when deciding whether to roof or not to roof.

Assuring the Right Protection

During our consultation with you we use an 8-point needs analysis to determine the right protection package for your new roofing system. We will also accurately and completely communicate expectations, project scope and estimated start and completion dates.

During Your Project

Assuring Quality, Efficiency and Safety

We identify safety items specific to your site, building, occupants and neighbors. his is accomplished through a detailed site walk with you and a safety plan to ensure a hassle-free experience. There is an 18-point daily communication checklist, a 7-point installation quality assurance checklist and a securesite & weather-tight checklist we perform each day and evening.

Completion of Your Project

Project Completion Quality Assurance

We will perform a 12-point quality assurance checklist, plus a 10-point inspection and punch list. Available with the Golden Pledge Warranty is a 40- point Roof Protection Services Team Inspection performed by GAF/ELK factory representative. This factory inspection report is delivered directly to you, the customer, along with their lifetime warranty.
